Miriam's Apple Crumble
Yummy apple crisp that is moist yet crumbly!
ingredients
- 1 dozen Medium Apples
- 2 tbs Honey
- 1 cup Hot water
- 3 tbs White sugar
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 4 cup Quick oats
- 3 tsp Cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup margarine
directions
Preheat oven to 375°. Slice apples and distribute evenly between the two 10 inch pie dishes. (1 inch deep). In a measuring cup dissolve the honey and white sugar into the hot water. pour mixture evenly over apples. In a medium bowl mix flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and margarine. Spread crumble over the top of both pies. Sprinkle cinnamon over top of pies. Bake for 40 minute. Remove and serve.

When slicing the apples, Cut the apple in half first and then cut into thin slices.
