Roasted Potatoes

ingredients

  • Red potatoes
  • Onion
  • Bacon
  • Parmesan
  • Seasoning to taste
  • Butter

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • 2

    Cut small potatoes into quarters and fill a roasting pan. Cut onion as desired and add to the pan.

  • 3

    Cook about 6-8 strips of bacon, break apart, and sprinkle on top of potatoes. Add a few chunks of butter before putting it into the oven.

  • 4

    Bake for 20 minutes. Then remove and stir around, adding parmesan on top. Then return to oven and BROIL for 10 more minutes.
