Fried Corn
ingredients
- Large bag of frozen corn
- 10 slices of bacon-cubed
- 1 cup light cream or milk
- 3 tbs. sugar
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 onion - chopped (optional)
directions
Defrost kernel corn in microwave. Fry bacon in large frying pan. Add onions and continue to saute. Add drained corn and fry until just golden. Add remaining ingredients and cook until heated through.
