Chex Vanilla Chunks
ingredients
- 1 c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 c. corn Chex
- 3 c. rice Chex
- 3 c. Crispix
- 2 c. salted dry-roasted peanuts
- 2 c. small pretzel twists
- 2 c. miniature marshmellows
- 1 pkg. (20 oz.) almond bark

Place chocolate chips in freezer to chill.

In a large bowl mix cereals, peanuts, pretzels and marshmellows; set aside.

In a large microwavable bowl, microwave almond bark for 1 minute 30 seconds; stir, breaking up large chunks. Microwave 30 seconds longer until mixture can be stirred smooth.

Gently and quickly fold in cereal mixture with rubber spatula, stirring gently until evenly coated.

Stir in chilled chocolate chips.

Spread on waxed paper; cool completely, about 30 minutes.

Break into chunks. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
