- 2 lbs lean meat, cubed
- 1 cup celery
- 2 cups canned tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 2 cans water chestnuts
- 6 potatoes
- 4 carrots, cut in chunks
- 4 tbsp tapioca
- 1/4 cup dry wine
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 cup frozen peas
