Beer Rolls
*Use your favorite ale or lager beer for a slightly sweet roll.
ingredients
- 3 c self-rising flour
- 1 c room-temperature beer
- 1/3 c firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 4 T butter, melted & divided
directions

-Preheat oven to 425°.
- 2
-Stir together first 4 ingredients & 3 T melted butter until moistened.

-Spoon about 1/4 c batter into each greased cup in a muffin pan.

-Bake 425° for 15 minutes or until golden.

-Brush rolls with remaining 1 T melted butter.

-Remove rolls from pan & cool slightly on a wire rack. Serve warm.
