Crab Stuffed Peppers

Low calorie appetizer. A mixture of green and red bell peppers can be used for a festive holiday touch. Can also be served on toasted bagette.

  • 1. Seed and chop the tomato; chop the green onion.

  • 2. Combine all ingredients except green peppers in a bowl, stir well.

  • 3. Refrigerate for several hours.

  • 4. Cut peppers into 1½ inch wide strips, then cut strips in half cross-wise.

  • 5. Spoon crab filling on to the pepper pieces, garnish if desired.
