Chocolate and Vanilla Pudding Squares
Makes Danny detach from the mother ship...
ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups frozen nondairy whipped topping, thawed
- 2 2/3 cups milk
- 1 3 oz package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 3 oz package instant chocolate pudding mix
- chocolate shavings

1) preheat oven to 350 degrees F

2) combine flour, pecans and 2 tbsp sugar in bowl

3) add butter and cut in until mixture resembles coarse meal. press into 9x13 inch glass baking dish

4) bake until brown and firm to touch, about 20 minutes. cool completely

5) using electric mixer, blend together cream cheese and 1 cup whipped topping.

6) combine 1 1/3 cups milk and vanilla pudding mix; pour over cream cheese mixture.

7) blend together remaining 1 1/3 cups milk with chocolate pudding mix, pour over vanilla pudding.

8) spread remaining 1 cup whipped topping over and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.

9) cover and refrigerate overnight. cut into squares.
