CHEESY POTATOES
This is a family favorite, good anytime!
ingredients
- 1 bag frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
directions
Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are cooked through. Cheese should be melted and almost liquidity. If the potatoes appear dry during cooking, add more soup and sour cream in equal parts or add a little milk to keep from drying out.
