  • salt and pepper
  • baby spinach
  • chicken broth
  • mild provolone cheese slices
  • garlic
  • lemon
  • sherry wine

directions

    1. salt and pepper chicken breast

    2. Brown chicken in skillet

  • 3

    3. set chicken in oven pan

  • 4

    4. saute spinach with garlic and chicken broth

  • 5

    5. place a dollop of spinach on top each chicken breast

  • 6

    6.place a slice of cheese on top each chicken breast

    Sauce (mixed to taste):

  • 8

    1. in skillet mix lemon juice squeezed from 1 lemon, ~1/4C chicken broth, and sherry wine.

  • 9

    2. pour sauce over chicken

  • 10

    Bake for half hour at 350 degrees
