Tomato Tart
ingredients
- 1 unbaked pastry shell
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 2 T chopped fresh basil (1 T dry)
- 2-3 tomatoes - cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t black pepper
- 1/4 olive oil
- 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degree F

Layer all ingredients in pastry shell in order listed

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top

Bake 30-40 minutes

Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes before serving
- 6
