Aunt Emmy's Hot Potato Salad
Family Favorite
ingredients
- 5 lb Bag Russet Potatoes
- Italian Dressing
- 16 oz Swiss Cheese, grated
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 cups Chopped Celery
- 1/2 cup of Chopped Onion
- 1 Jar Large Green Olives, sliced
- Salt and Peppter

Cube potatoes and cook until soft but not mushy. Drain potatoes and sprinkle with Italian Dressing, cool.

Add remaining ingredients and put into a casserole dish. Bake 375 for one hour or until hot and bubbly.
