Santa Fe Soup
ingredients
- 1.5 to 2 lbs Ground Beef
- Chopped Onion
- 2 cans White Shoepeg Corn
- 1 can Black Beans
- 1 can Kidney Beans
- 1 can Pinto Beans
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 can Rotel (original)
- 1 pkg. Taco Seasoning
- 1 pkg. Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1 c. Water
- Toppings:
- Sour Cream
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Tortilla Chips
directions
Brown Ground Beef with onion and drain. (will be very salty, if you do not drain) Mix all ingredients in a large soup pot and heat through. Top with a dollop of sour cream, shredded cheese, and tortilla chips.
