ingredients

  • 1.5 to 2 lbs Ground Beef
  • Chopped Onion
  • 2 cans White Shoepeg Corn
  • 1 can Black Beans
  • 1 can Kidney Beans
  • 1 can Pinto Beans
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 can Rotel (original)
  • 1 pkg. Taco Seasoning
  • 1 pkg. Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1 c. Water
  • Toppings:
  • Sour Cream
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Tortilla Chips

directions

Brown Ground Beef with onion and drain. (will be very salty, if you do not drain) Mix all ingredients in a large soup pot and heat through. Top with a dollop of sour cream, shredded cheese, and tortilla chips.
