Lou and Hys Cheesecake
ingredients
- 4 (8 oz each) cream cheese
- 3/4 cup plus 1 T flour
- 1 1/4 plus 1/8 plus 1 T sugar
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/2 pint (1 cup) sour cream
- 4 extra large eggs
- 1/2 pint heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powder sugar
- 1/2 T vanilla
- 1/2 T lemon juice

Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Slowly add flour and then sugar, salt, & sour cream. Beat until smooth (don’t over beat!). Add eggs one at a time.

Turn off mixer and using spatula make sure all is evenly distributed.

Beat whipped cream, adding sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice until soft peaks. Fold into cream cheese mixture.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour to 1 hour 10 min. Bake until still wiggles.
notes
Use water in pan.
