Cheese Grits Casserole
ingredients
- 1 cup grits
- 4 cups boiling water
- 1/2 pound cheddar cheese, grated
- 2-3 eggs, beaten
- 1 stick butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- milk

Cook grits in boiling water. Beat in butter and cheese until smooth. In a separate bowl, add enough milk to beaten eggs to make 1 cup. Add to mixture. Pour into greased casserole.

Bake at 325° for 45-60 minutes.
