Beef Tenderloin with Horseradish and Roasted Garlic Crust

ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Minced garlic
  • 1/3 C Prepared Horseradish -- (horseradish sauce i
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 Beef Tenderloin -- (any size)

directions

Combine all ingredients and spread evenly onto tenderloin

Cook at 400 degrees until meat thermometer reaches 145 degrees-medium rare (for entrie roast) or 5-7 minutes for each side of a steak (160 degrees-for medium or 7-9 minutes for each side)

Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes UNCOVERED before serving
