Seafood Casserole

ingredients
- 2 cans cream mushroom soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sherry or white cooking wine
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 lb shrimp, lobster or crab
- 2 cups seasoned croutons
- 5 oz can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
- 1/2 cup green onions (including greens)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
