Barbecued Pulled Pork sandwiches
ingredients
- 1 (2-1/2 lb) Pork Shoulder Roast
- 1 (14 oz) bottle Barbecue Sauce
- 1 Tbsp fresh Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Brown Sugar
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 8 Hamburger Buns or Rolls

Place roast in a 4-1/2 or larger crock pot. Cover and cook on LOW 10-12 hours or on HIGH for 5-6 hours.

Remove the roast from the crock pot.

Shred the pork using 2 forks.

Discard liquid in crock pot and return the pork to crockpot with the barbecue sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar and onion. Cook on HIGH for 1 hour or on LOW for 2 hours. Ready to serve.

Great served with coleslaw.
