Yummy and easy appetizer!
ingredients
- Fresh French Bread Loaf
- 1/4 lb. Butter, softened
- 1 Can of Chopped Ortega Mild Green Chilies
- Garlic Salt to taste
- 1/2 lb. Shredded Jack Cheese or Cheddar cheese; or a combination of both
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise

Slice bread into thin “rounds”

Mix butter, chilies and garlic salt

Spread mixture onto bread

Mix cheese and mayonnaise

Top bread with cheese mixture

Broil until browned
