Lemon-Dill White Bean Dip
This is similar to hummus, but it has a lighter flavor with a lemony bite. Try it for a light summer snack with pita chips or fresh veggies.
ingredients
- 2 cans white beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 tablespoons roasted garlic
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
- salt and pepper
directions
In a food processor, purée beans, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy. Mix in dill, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
