“healthy” pizza!

ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 cup Pecans
  • Lg. package of cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup Cool Whip
  • Kiwi’s Blueberries, Strawberries and other fruits of your choice

directions

Mix flour butter and pecans; bake at 375 for 15 minutes. let cool and make second layer. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and cool whip together and spread on crust. Slicce fruit and arrange on top.
