Rosemary Potatoes
ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp bottled minced garlic
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs red potatoes -- quartered
directions
Place butter and garlic in an 8" square baking dish. Microwave at MEDIUM-HIGH 45 seconds or till butter melts. Add rosemary, salt, pepper and potatoes. Toss well. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
