- 1 1/4 cups oil
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 3 cups grated carrots
- cream cheese frosting:
- 1 stick margarine
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 lb confectionery sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
