Yummy Baked Egg Soufflé
A copy cat from a restaurant off 96th street in Fishers, IN. Add your own favorite ingredients for a personal touch.
ingredients
- 3 T. spinach, frozen- thawed and drained
- 3 T. artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 T. onions, minced
- 5 eggs
- 2 T. milk
- 2 T. heavy cream
- 1/2 C. cheddar cheese, mild- shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pkg. Pillsbury Crescent rolls

Preheat oven to 375°

1) Melt butter in pan, brown onion and any other vegetables until tender.

2) Beat eggs, milk, cream, cheese, salt & pepper.

3) In a glass bowl, microwave mixture for 1 minute- stir. Continue in microwave until mixture is like a runny scrambled egg.

For the following you can use a greased dish, custard cup, or large muffin tins. 4) Put rolls down on bottom, add egg mixture, top with cheese and then top with dough.

Bake 25 minutes- until golden brown.
