Grandma Newton's Chicken Divan
Super rich and very yummy! Not a low calorie dish.
4 Chicken breasts or 8 tenders, cooked
1 bunch Broccoli, steamed until just tender - don’t over cook!
½ stick Butter
½ C Hellman’s Mayonnaise
1 t Lemon juice
8 oz Cream Cheese
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup, condensed
Paprika
Preheat oven to 350°
Arrange broccoli in a baking dish, put chicken on top. Melt butter in a small sauce pan, add remaining ingredients and stir until combined. Pour over chicken, and sprinkle with Paprika.
Bake 35-40 minutes, or until bubbly.
