RANCH POTATO CASSEROLE
ingredients
- 6-8 medium red potatoes, cooked and quartered
- 1/2 sour cream
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup bacon, fried and crumbled
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Additional
- 1/2 cup shredded cheedar cheese
- 2 cups slightly crushed cornflakes mixed with 1/4 cup melted butter

Mix ingredients together, add potatoes last.

Put into greased casserole.

Top with addional ingredients by putting 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and then the cornflake mixture.

Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
