RANCH POTATO CASSEROLE

ingredients

  • 6-8 medium red potatoes, cooked and quartered
  • 1/2 sour cream
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Additional
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheedar cheese
  • 2 cups slightly crushed cornflakes mixed with 1/4 cup melted butter

    Mix ingredients together, add potatoes last.

    Put into greased casserole.

  • 3

    Top with addional ingredients by putting 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and then the cornflake mixture.

    Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
