Aunt Pat's Shrimp Scampi
ingredients
- 3 Large Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 7 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1/4 C dry white wine
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp minced parsley
- 1/4 tsp orengano
- salt and pepper
directions
In a large skillet, lightly saute garlic in oil. Add shrimp and saute until just pink, about 3 minutes. Add wine, lemon juice, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper to taste; simmer until heated through. Serve over rice.

Serve over rice, pasta, or by itself.
