Yummy Four Cheese Macaroni and Cheese
Yummy, creamy macaroni and cheese.
ingredients
- 1 pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1/2 C. Munster cheese, shredded
- 1/2 C. cheddar mild cheese, shredded
- 1/2 C. cheddar sharp cheese, shredded
- 1/2 C. Monterrey jack cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 C. half & half
- 8 oz. Velveeta
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350°

1) In a sm bowl, melt the butter and pour over cooked macaroni.

2) In large bowl combine cheeses- mix well.

3) Add the 1/2 & 1/2, 1 1/2 C of cheese mixture, cubed Velveeta and eggs to the macaroni- season with salt & pepper.

4) Transfer to slightly greased 2 1/2 Q casserole. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and top with butter pieces.

Bake for 35 minutes or until bubbly.
