Super-Healthy Banana Bread

This is really easy to make as muffins, too. It’s dairy-free, oil-free, sugar-free, and somehow still really delicious! I like making a double batch of muffins and freezing them for easy breakfasts.

ingredients

  • 3 mashed bananas
  • 1 c. splenda
  • 1/2 c. no-sugar-added applesauce
  • 3/4 c. white or whole wheat flour (or better yet, a blend of the two-healthy AND tasty)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
