Super-Healthy Banana Bread
This is really easy to make as muffins, too. It’s dairy-free, oil-free, sugar-free, and somehow still really delicious! I like making a double batch of muffins and freezing them for easy breakfasts.
ingredients
- 3 mashed bananas
- 1 c. splenda
- 1/2 c. no-sugar-added applesauce
- 3/4 c. white or whole wheat flour (or better yet, a blend of the two-healthy AND tasty)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
