Sharon's Blintz Souffle
Brunch or break fast recipe
ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 TB vanilla
- Dash lemon juice
- 12 frozen blintzas
directions

Lay blintzas into 8 x 12 pan

Put all other ingredients in blender. Pour mixture over blintzas.

Bake 1 hour 350*
