Corn Flake Chicken Fingers
ingredients
- 4 Breasts or Chicken pieces cut into nugget size or chicken tenderloins from store.
- 2 cups Corn Flakes
- Parmesan Cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Milk
directions
In a bag mix together everything but the Chicken. I just crush some corn flakes into and add Parmesan cheese and the rest of the ingredients to taste. Dip chicken in milk and them into the crumbs mixture and put on a cookie sheet. Bake in a 400-degree oven for 10 minutes, turn over and cook for 5 minutes more. Check and if they are not done add another 5 minutes.

This was our favorite chicken recipe growing up. When mom bought a big box of cornflakes, we knew that mom was making chicken fingers. We loved this recipe.
