Goombay Smash
Every bartender in the Bahamas knows a variation of this rum-based drink. It’s very popular there. Yum!
ingredients
- 1 oz dark rum (Myers)
- 2 oz coconut rum (Malibu)
- 1/4 oz apricot brandy
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz orange juice
- ice
- orange slice
- maraschino cherry
directions

Fill shaker halfway with ice.

Add O.J., pineapple juice, apricot brandy, and rums.

Shake until shaker turns cold.

Pour all into pint glass.
- 5
Garnish with orange slice and cherry.
