Fruit Salad by Granny (with sweet-n-low)
This recipe came about when my grandmother decided to make me a fruit salad I could eat with the family after I became a diabetic
ingredients
- 1 can peaches in own juice (drained)
- 1 can pineapple chunks in own juice (drained)
- 3 apples peeled and sliced
- 2 oranges peeled and segmented
- 2 bananas sliced
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 3 TBLSP sweet-n-low
- 2 TBLSP milk
directions
Combine fruit in bowl. In small bowl combine milk, mayo, and sweet-n-low. Mix until well blended. Add mayo mixture to Fruit. Blend until all fruit is covered. refrigerate until ready to serve.
