White Chocolate Chex Mix

  • 1 lb white chocolate wafers

  • 3 cups each: Corn Chex, Rice Chex, Cheerios

  • 2 cups pretzels

  • 2 cups dry roasted peanuts

  • 12 oz pkg M&Ms (holiday colors)

  • Combine Chex, Cheerios, pretzels, peanuts and M&Ms.

  • Melt white chocolate wafers ½ lb at a time for 2 mins.

  • Pour over mixture.

  • Spread on waxed paper and cool.

  • Break into small pieces.

  • Store in airtight containers.
