Spinach Mornay
ingredients
- 2 pkgs frozen chopped spinach
- 1/3 C butter
- 1/3 C flour
- 3/4 t salt
- 1/8 t cayenne pepper
- 2 C milk
- 1/3 C cream
- 2/3 C sharp cheddar cheese
directions

Cook spinach until tender.

Melt butter and blend in flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth and thickened. Stir in cream and cheese. Pour over spinach in buttered casserole.

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
