Pecan Tarts
Beth’s Favorite!
ingredients
Crust- 1 C flour
- 3 oz softened cream cheese
- 1 stick softened butter
- 2/3 C packed brown sugar
- 2/3 C sugar
- 3 T melted butter
- 1 t vanilla
- dash of salt
- 1 C chopped pecans
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
directions

1) Mix together dough ingredients. Roll into ball, divide dough into 4 equal parts; then each into 6 equal parts. Press into tart pans; trim.

2) Mix all filling ingredients except pecans. Set aside.

3) Sprinkle pecans in bottom of each dough tart. Carefully fill with sugared filling mix, stopping before tart overflows.

4) Bake at 350° for approx. 20 minutes. Remove before completely cool.
