Aunt Nancy's Mac'N'Cheese
This was given to me by my Aunt Nancy who has not only taught me the love of queso while watching “One Life To Live” but also Coke Floats!
ingredients
- 1 pkg. large elbow macaroni
- 1 small pkg. of Velveeta cheese (cubed)
- 1 medium pkg. of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- salt/pepper
- 1/2 c. butter (cubed)
- 1/3 c. milk

In baking dish, (sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray), place cubed Velveeta cheese and butter. Boil noodles, drain and pour hot noodles over Velveeta cheese and butter. Stir to melt cheese and butter. Add milk to keep macaroni and cheese from becoming too dry. When noodles are coated with cheese mixture, top dish with package of shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15- 20 minutes uncovered. Cover dish if beginning to get too dry. Enjoy!
