Refrigerator Mashed Potatoes
ingredients
- 5 pounds potatoes
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons butter
directions

1. Cook potatoes until done. Drain and mash until fluffy.

2. Add remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy.

3. Cover and place in refrigerator. May be used anytime within 2 weeks.

4. To use: place desired amount in greased casserole dish. Smooth melted butter on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
