No Fail Fudge
ingredients
- 4 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 packages peanut butter chips for peanut butter fudge or 2 packages semi--sweet chocolate chips for chocolate fudge
- 1/2 pound butter or margarine
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder (omit for peanut butter fudge)
- 1 can Milnot milk
- nuts as desired

1. Butter 9x13” pan.

2. Bring sugar and milk to boil over low heat in medium saucepan, stirring constantly.

3. Boil for 8 minutes, stirring constantly.

4. Soften chips and butter in microwave; meanwhile, remove boiling mixture from heat. Add chips and butter to mixture.

5. Add cocoa powder and vanilla and mix well.

6. Pour immediately into buttered 9x13 pan.

7. Let cool before cutting.
