  • 2 tablespoons chopped roasted peppers
  • 4 oz. crumbled goat cheese
  • 4 large organic happy eggs
  • 1/3 Greek style yogurt or sour cream
  • Fresh chopped basil, parsley or cilantro
  • Sea salt and fresh ground pepper
