  • 2 8-oz packages cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 tbsp minced shallots or green onions
  • 1 tbs fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp chopped unsalted pistachio nuts
  • 1/2 cup sliced pitted black olives
  • 10 ripe cherry tomatoes
  • Butter lettuce or Boston lettuce
  • Tortilla chips
