Carne molida para rellenos

Ingredients

  • 3 lb carne molida
  • 2 pimientos verdes grandes
  • 2 cebollas grandes
  • 3 cucharaditas sal
  • 2 latas salsa tomate
  • aceitunas
  • pasas
  • huevos duros
  • 1 diente ajo
  • 1 hoja laurel
  • ajíes dulces
  • vino muscatel 1 oz
  • queso parmesano a gusto

directions

Se amortigua le cebolla, los ajíes y el pimiento bien picadito en aceite caliente donde previamente se dora el diente de ajo. Se añade la carne y se dora un poco, luego se añade sal, salsa tomate, aceitunas, pasas y como a la 1/2 hora se añade queso rallado y el vino. Se cocina por 30 minutos. Se le añaden rueditas de huevo duro.
