Bake While You Sleep Cookies
Merangue type cookies
ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- pinch of salt
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips (or m & m’s)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
directions

Beat whites until foamy. Add sugar and beat until stiff. ADd salt,nuts, chips and vanilla. Mix well.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line large cookie sheet with foil. Drop by teaspoonfuls. Put in oven, then turn off oven. Leave in a closed oven overnight.
