Cranberry Cobblestone Bread
ingredients
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 2 teaspoons orange zest
- 1/3 sup sugar
- 1 1/3 tablespoons cinnamon
- 2 packages refrigerated dinner rolls
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
- 2 teaspoons milk

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2. In a small bowl combine cranberries and orange zest.

3. In a 1 quart mixing bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.

4. Unroll dough; separate into 16 rolls, cut each roll into quarters.

5. Place half of the dough pieces and half of the butter in a 2 quart mixing bowl and toss gently.

6. Sprinkle with half of the sugar mixture; toss to coat evenly.

7. Place dough pieces in a loaf pan to cover bottom of pan; sprinkle with half of the cranberry mixture. repeat layers.

8. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown; cool in pan 15 minutes.

9. Loosen bread from edges of the pan and remove to a non stick cooling rack.

10. For glaze, combine powdered sugar and milk in a small bowl; drizzle over warm bread.
