Back Porch Smoked Tuna Dip

servings:Makes 6 servings


  • 1.5lbs Smoked Tuna Fish (Tuna Steaks)
  • 3 c. mayo
  • 1.5 tsp. Granulated Garlic
  • 1.5 tsp. Granulated Onion
  • 1.5 tsp. Tony’s
  • 2/3 tsp. Celery Seed
  • Liquid Smoke

    Cook Tuna steaks 2-3 minutes on each side on the grill while basting with liquid smoke. Run the cooked Tuna steaks in a food processor and then mix everything together. Add a couple of shakes of liquid smoke while mixing.

    Serve on lettuce with crackers.
