Back Porch Smoked Tuna DipHailey
- 1.5lbs Smoked Tuna Fish (Tuna Steaks)
- 3 c. mayo
- 1.5 tsp. Granulated Garlic
- 1.5 tsp. Granulated Onion
- 1.5 tsp. Tony’s
- 2/3 tsp. Celery Seed
- Liquid Smoke
Cook Tuna steaks 2-3 minutes on each side on the grill while basting with liquid smoke. Run the cooked Tuna steaks in a food processor and then mix everything together. Add a couple of shakes of liquid smoke while mixing.
Serve on lettuce with crackers.
