Candies/Bars - Creamy Chocolate Fudge
ingredients
- 2 c sugar
- 2 oz chocolate
- 2 T corn syrup
- 2/3 c milk
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 T butter
- 1 tsp vanilla

Combine first 5 ingredients and cook to 236 degrees or firm ball stage

Cool 10-15 minutes.

Add butter and vanilla dn beat at speed 8 in mixer for 6 to 8 minutes.

Pour into shallow pan and cut when firm.
