Brown Rice Tortilla Chips

Lately I’ve been frying up my stale brown rice tortillas into snappy triangles of crispy goodness. It’s a welcome change from corn chips.
ingredients
- 6 brown rice tortilla wraps
- Light olive oil, as needed
- Sea salt

Instead of frying, brush with oil, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and and bake in a 375 degree oven until crisp.
