Weight Watcher Philly Cheese Steak

- 2 medium onions, thinly sliced
- 1 T. sugar
- 1 lb. lean flank steak, cut into thin slices
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. each salt & pepper
- 4 medium mixed-grain rolls
- 1/2 cup low-fat shredded cheese

Preheat oven to 350°.

Coat a large skillet with Pam and heat over medium-high heat. When pan is hot, add onion and sugar and sauté until onions are tender, about 10 minutes. Remove onion from pan; set aside.

Add steak to skillet and sauté until browned and cooked through, about 1-2 minutes per side. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; cook until liquid is absorbed. Return onions to pan to heat through.

Divide evenly between rolls and top with cheese. If desired, wrap in foil, transfer to oven and bake until cheese melts.

Serve immediately.
