Four Cheese Pasta
ingredients
- 2 cups whole milk
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 4 Tbsp flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese -- shredded
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup provolone cheese -- grated
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 pound penne pasta -- cooked

Heat milk in separate pan. In another pan, melt butter and stir in flour

and salt. While whisking mixture, slowly add heated milk. Allow mixture to

thicken on low heat for about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the
- 4
cheeses, mustard and nutmeg. Add cooked pasta.

Place mixture in a 9x13 greased pan. Cover and bake at 350 for 30-40
- 6
minutes. Bake longer if mixture has been cooled. Before baking you can
- 7
sprinkle pasta mixture with paprika, if desired.
