ingredients

Salad:
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 3 Plum Tomatoes, diced
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 C. blue cheese crumbles
Dressing:
  • 1 t. dry mustard
  • 1/3 C. sugar
  • 3/4 C. water
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1/4 C. red wine vinegar
  • 1 C. white vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 C. corn oil
  • 1 C. olive oil
  • 2 t. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 t. oregano
  • ground pepper

directions

Combine mustard, sugar, water, garlic, red and white vinegar and salt in blender. Mix until smooth. Slowly drizzle in the oils, add remaining ingredients with a whisk. Store in refrigerator.
